Delivery & Returns

Free UK Delivery

All orders placed on our Dufa website are delivered to the UK FREE OF CHARGE. Delivery to the recipient's address will take  2-3 business days (subject to UK stock) if the order is placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday.

If the product is out of stock in our UK warehouse, it may take approximately 5-7 business days for the order to be received as it will be shipped from our international warehouses. 

All prices shown on the site include 20% UK VAT. There will be no customs charges or taxes applied to orders sent from our international warehouse.

Free Delivery to the EU (Post Brexit)

Orders delivered to the EU FREE OF CHARGE. 

As a brand, we are committed to keeping the process of purchasing a watch from Dufa as hassle-free as it has always been for our European customers and we are happy to confirm all taxes and duties will be paid for as part of the delivery and the price you see on the site is always the final price you'll pay for your watch. 

Deliveries to Ireland and the rest of Europe will take as early as 3-7 business days to be delivered (depending on stock dispatch location).

Free Delivery to the Rest of the World

Deliveries to the Rest of the World will take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.

*Customers from the Rest of the World will be charged the same price as UK and EU customers. This price is exclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other local duties which may apply depending on where in the world you are. Any charges applied upon import are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer. If items are returned to us because the shipment is uncleared in customs or refused by the recipient because of tax excise duty, any re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due. 

Dufa is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.

Please note that we we are unable to ship to the following countries below due to customs issue

  7. United Arab Emirates (Except Dubai)
  8. Saudi Arabia
  9. Iran

*We do not ship to APO/FPO and PO BOX address and a valid physical address would be required in order to process your order.


We want you to be able to buy with confidence and be completely satisfied with your purchase. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery, providing your purchased from us is:

  • Unworn
  • In an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached
  • In its original packaging supplied with the purchase

To return an item, please contact our Customer Support Team by clicking here. One of our representatives will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch. You will be issued a return authorization number which must be enclosed within the shipment that will be sent back. If you return the shipment without a return authorization number provided, it will not be accepted and processed.

Dufa does not take responsibility for the loss of any items lost during the return shipping and will not bear the cost of the return shipment unless you have been sent an incorrect or defective product.

Once we receive your returned order, we will verify the product and packaging as being unworn and undamaged and process your refund. If we inspect your returned order and determine that the product or packaging has been damaged or the watch has been used, we will contact you to make arrangements to return your order to you at your cost.
